WIN A CASE OF CHERRY - Terms and Conditions

  1. Open to residents of the UK and Ireland only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of RJA Foods Limited, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
  2. You must be 18 years old to enter. Your date of birth is a required field on the entry form.
  3. The opening date for submission of entries is 10th February 2010 and the closing date is midnight (GMT) 31st March 2010.
  4. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter all prizes can only be taken by the winner/s in person.
  5. The winner/s may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of a prize.

  7. The prize: A case of “Pomegreat – pomegranate and cherry juice drink”. (There are six 1 litre cartons in each case.)
  8. To enter the competition, just fill in all the boxes marked with an asterix *. If you enter a valid batch code (that can be found on the top of all our Pomegreat 1 litre cartons of juice), your name will automatically be entered into this competition 9 more times.
  9. Incomplete/incorrect entries are invalid and will not be entered into the draw.
  10. The winner/s will be selected at random under independent supervision from all validly received entries. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. One name will be selected at random on each Thursday morning: 18th February, 25th February, 4th March, 11th March, 18th March, 25th March and 1st April 2010.
  12. The winners will be contacted by the email address they submitted upon entry, if no reply has been received within 28 days, then a new name will be selected at random.
  13. The prize will be sent to the winners within 28 days of receiving notification of an address.
  14. NORTHERN IRELAND ONLY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Send your name and address on a postcard, to: Pomegreat – WIN A CASE OF CHERRY Competition, Green way Farm, Bath Road, Wick BS30 5RL.  Only one entry per stamped postcard. Maximum of 1 entry per person per day. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for postcards that are lost or delayed.
  15. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.
