PomeGreat Bellini Mocktail
Elegant and refreshing at any special event
Ingredients
• 25ml PomeGreat 100% Juice
• 100ml Chilled sparkling apple juice
• Lemon (for garnish)
Equipment:
• Champagne flute
• Bar spoon / tea spoon (optional)
Method:
1. Pour the PomeGreat into the champaigne flute
2. Gently pour sparkling apple cider down inner side of the champaign flute so as to layer sparkling apple cider on top of pomegranate juice. Use Bar spoon neck / tea spoon if necessary
3. Garnish with lemon twist
