PomeGreat Berry Forest Mocktail
A berry Explosion.
Ingredients:
• 50ml PomeGreat Blueberry
• 25ml PomeGreat 100% juice
• 25ml Lime Juice
• 12.5ml Gomme / Sugar Syrup
• 2 strawberries
• 4 raspberries
• 4 blueberries (+2 for garnish)
• 2 blackberries
• Crushed Ice
Equipment
• Cocktail Shaker
• Catalina / Tall glass
• Cocktail strainer / Sieve
• Cocktail stick (for garnish)
• Muddler / Rolling pin
Method:
1. Add the berries to the cocktail shaker and muddle them
2. Add PomeGreat Juice, Lime juice and Gomme to shaker
3. Fill shaker halfway with ice and shake vigorously
4. Fill Catalina glass halfway with crushed ice
5. Strain the cocktail shaker contents by pouring through a sieve into the glass
6. Top up the glass with crushed ice
7. Pour the Pomegreat Blueberry juice over the crushed ice
8. Garnish with 2 blueberries on a cocktail stick
