Pomegreat

POMEGRANATE & RASPBERRY JELLY

A great dinner party idea for you from Julia Lawrence in Tenbury Wells... "it's a great refreshing pud!"

  • Dissolve 1 sachet of gelatine in about 1/4 pint of Pomegreat pomegranate and raspberry juice drink.
  • Warm in the microwave (a glass measuring jug is best for this as you can see when the granules have dissolved) or heat in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (be careful not to boil)
  • Add more Pomegreat as required to make it up to a pint.
  • Pour into a container holding just over a pint and drop a handfull of fresh or frozen raspberries in.
  • Chill in the fridge until set.
