We've just received this RUMDIDLIOCIOUS cocktail recipe via email from Laurence Duric:

Method:

  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Cut a large strip of orange peel and twist it over the glass it to release the zesty goodness / spray.
  • Place the orange peel in the the glass and stir to coat the ice.
  • Add all the ingredients into the glass and stir until the side of the glass has become slightly frosty.
  • Top up the ice so it's full to the brim and add a wedge of orange and a couple of blackberries.
  • Taste it first and if it's a little too sweet add a teaspoon or so of lemon juice.
  • Serve, relax and enjoy!
  • To make it into a pitcher to share with friends multiply all the ingredients by 4.
